There were ample sales associates to assist customers and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They had water available for me and I love the merchandise.

I went to the Old Orchard Pandora store specifically to buy a birthday gift for a friend. I had a pretty good idea of the necklace she wants. I knew it came out in the spring, and that it was a butterfly necklace. Lauri helped me figure out which necklace it was. I got very lucky - it was the last one in the store!

The workers were very nice and patient. The store was very clean and bright it felt very welcoming. The over all vibe of the store was positive and you knew the workers was happy to be there and they enjoy their job.
