Sales person (who happened to be the store manager) was very knowledgeable about the product and made suggestions without being a “pushy salesperson.” Very professional and friendly. The sale was very generous in product selection and price reduction.

I was highly satisfied in my visit in pandora because the associate is so friendly and she really knows what im looking for. I took the promo percentage and i paid less than i expected.

My overall experience at Pandora was great!! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I didn’t have to wait to be helped. I showed Gina the bracelet that I wanted to buy charms for and she quickly selected beautiful charms to add to my bracelet. I was very pleased with the sale that was going on at the time of my purchase as well.

The sales person, Jovana I, was wonderful to work with! She asked me what I was looking for, which was a birthday gift for my best friend and I told her my budget and she found me the perfect bracelet. I also was interested in purchasing a charm bracelet for myself and she helped me pick out different charms and necessities. She was a job to work with. It was great that she was knowledgeable, but she was super friendly and FUN to work with.

I just wanted to compliment Josephine Juarez. Associate # 140972. She was awesome! I went in unhappy with my purchased because I went in late that night and the man who helped me made me feel rushed and only wanted to sell me the most expensive things, wasn’t much worried about if I liked it. So when I made the exchange with Josephine days later, she made sure I was happy with what I was going to get this time, we shared laughs and she was super patient with me. You guys need more people like her at that store.

The people that helped me were nice and friendly. The jewelry is very high quality. The over all price was reasonable.

The sales clerk, Kateryna was very helpful and patient! She helped me find a matching band to wear with my ring. Love the look!

I was assisted by Lauri S today and she was phenomenal! She listened to what type of theme I was looking to achieve with the bracelet and showed me everything I wanted along with exquisite recommendations. She was honest with her recommendations and helped me get to a price I was more than happy to pay. Lauri was extremely personable and would love to work with her again in building my dream bracelet!

Sarah was very helpful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was patient and helped show me things I would like.

Gabriela P was extremely helpful! She greeted us right away. Helped us look around the store. Pointed out and showed us jewelry we hadn’t even noticed. Most importantly she spoke Spanish. That made my mother’s shopping experience so much more pleasurable. We definitely will return and ask for Gabriela. She is a true asset to your store.
