My son had been in the store ~3 hrs before me and mentioned to Lauri that I'd be coming in. As soon as I walked through the door, she recognized me, knew what Mother's Day bracelet I was planning to buy and took care of me (along w/Josephine). They were friendly, efficient and got what I needed. GREAT experience. We'll be back!
