This is not the closest Pandora store to me, but it is the best in terms of sales staff and selection. Natalia and Sarah both went out of their way to help me find the perfect gift. I am constantly recommending the Old Orchard Pandora store to my coworkers and friends! My friends complain about feeling rushed at Woodfield or not being able to tell what the pieces look like online, so I tell them to come to Old Orchard with me. Even when the store is busy, the staff here focus on each customer with her or his full attention and don't make you feel like you are taking too long to make up your mind. They make outstanding suggestions on how to put the jewelry together and I often go back to work saying, "Look what the gals at Old Orchard helped me do!" Their knowledge, upbeat attitude, and recognition of repeat customers, keeps me coming back.
