I tried to buy an item at the Norridge store first and they were out of stock. They were very helpful in calling the Old Orchard store to see if they had it and they did. Natalia from Old Orchard then explained a new feature to me that I can check inventory online first. I think this will come in handy in the future for me. She also encouraged me to come into have my bracelet rearranged at any time and she would gladly help me. I'm very satisfied with this customer service.
