I was very satisfied because I went to the Pandora store at Harlem and Irving, and they were very rude. But then when I went to the Pandora store in Old Orchard we were welcomed right away with amazing assistance from Cindy, who worked really hard to find the charms I wanted and worked with my pickiness very well. It was an overall great experience and I saved $90 because of the promotion going on.

Blanca and Zoriana were both very helpful. I went to the HIP location to return and exchange my bracelet and without the receipt, I was able to get it exchanged. Everyone was very nice at the mall. Definitely will be returning soon.

Gabriela was very patient. Her knowledge and creativity helped me add to my bracelets. I look forward to the next opportunity to take advantage of Pandora's sales to add to my collection.

Love the atmosphere, not a long wait and the store was very busy, I was looking for a certain Special 60th Birthday charm and she pulled it out right away and I bought it.
