The store itself was very helpful. I have gone to the Pandora at the Water Tower and the associates were not friendly. They criticized my way of taking care of my bracelet and charm. However, I was soo excited when I went into the Old Orchard Pandora because they greeted my mother and I with a friendly smile and helped us right away. I even opened up a Pandora credit card! Sales Associates Gabriela and Bryant shared in my enthusiasm for making my pandora bracelet themed. They should me the newest selections and it was a wonderful experience.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because when I walked into the store, I didn't know what I was going to buy - I didn't have anything specific in mind. Although this may have made the staff's job a little harder, the girl who was helping me was so easy to work with and was great at accommodating my browsing. I had been having a problem with my credit card, and while I tried to figure that out, the girl helping me was super patient and careful.

I had a wonderful sales associate with whom I was able to connect on a number of topics.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and it was quite busy. A stone fell out of my ring that I bought during the summer, and they looked it up and I was told what they would do for me if they didn’t have another in my size . Awesome service ! Thank you!

Even though there was lots of people in this store, it was managed very well. The sales associate was very kind, shook my hand, and was patient. Overall there was a great atmosphere in the store and good service.
