The sales person was Sarah H and she was very patient and helpful.

One of your employees at the front was extremely friendly, she has brown wavy hair and directed me quickly to a person who can help me buy my charms. I was expecting to buy one but I bought two. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Jovana, who made me feel welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt taken care of and provided for. She knew her way around the merchandise very, very well and was able to find what I needed quickly. She truly was one of the best sales associates I’ve into contact with. She very much went out of her way to offer tips for taking care of my purchases as well as cleaned my existing rings.

The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The other employees were helpful as well. The store was very warm and inviting.
