Always a great experience at Pandora Old Orchard - you can expect eye-catching selection and expert service. I always ask for Gayatri (she is excellent!) However today I worked with Isabel, who was outstanding. I was really impressed by her product knowledge, patience, professionalism, and overall pleasant/winning personality! I walked out of the store really happy with my purchase, and look forward to shopping at the Old Orchard location again.
