I love the Old Orchard Pandora store! I am always greeted. The sales associates all know their merchandise, no matter what my question is, and they help me design beautiful bracelets.

From the greeter at the door, we were welcomed with great customer service. The store manager recognized us from a previous visit, and stopped over to say hello again. That was nice. Jann and Bianca helped us design a custom bracelet design that we have been thinking about for awhile. Even though we weren't planning to purchase everything all in one visit, they still took the time to help us try different combinations and provide recommendations to get the result we were looking for. They seemed to be having as much fun trying different designs as we did.

Employees very knowledgeable about merchandise. Water bottles available was a nice touch. Reasonable pricing for beautiful rings. Everyone was helpful locating the items we were interested in. Very pleasant visit!
