I would like to thank Blanca, employee 157022 for an amazing experience at Pandora. I have been to Pandora once before, but that was years ago and returned recently to amazing customer service. I appreciate the associates' knowledge and recommendation on charms and bracelets to buy. I would like to highlighter her kindness and patience while helping me at Pandora.

I really liked this Pandora because everyone was so nice and willing to help me be satisfied with my first bracelet. Sarah H (148093) and another associate searched for the Regal key charm that I wanted, and when it was found on display, Sarah was kind enough to take it off display and sold it to me. Sarah also showed me how to open and close the bracelet and again this was my first time actually getting a Pandora bracelet so I wanted to make sure that I didn’t break it and she kindly showed me how to open it with the tool that you guys have and with my finger nail if I didn’t want to purchase the kit ( which I didn’t). I didn’t feel pressured to buy things I didn’t want and I was over all happy and excited with my new gift. I want to thank everyone that helped not only me but my mom and aunt as well!

I shopped the store immediately after if opened on Sunday, and there were ample employees to assist all of us who had waited for the store to open. Nobody had to wait for assistance, and my sales associate was excelllent!

I was one of the first people to enter the store right after it opened, and there was adequate staff so that nobody had to wait.

I was there to give my daughter the experience. Was able to let her start a new bracelet with six charms.

My husband and I visited your store on a weekday morning. Staff was very welcome and accommodating, as we had our 8-month-old infant with us. The sales lady knew exactly what I was looking for and quite knowledgeable of the jewelry.
