sales associates were extremely friendly and super helpful. From the minute that my mother and I walked in they greeted with a warm smile and a lot of high energy!

The sales associate was very nice and helpful. The store was easy to move around. The store was also very clean.

I initially called to see if they had the product in the store. I spoke with Ayah S over at the Old Orchard Mall branch. After checking, she said they had it in stock and even offered to hold it for me. I didn't even have to ask her if they can. When I picked up the product, she was also able to help me with a charm. The whole process was really quick and "painless", so to speak. She assisted me with everything I needed and was out of the store in like 10 mins. She made sure that the everything was in order and even greeted me a happy anniversary. She was really, really helpful.

The store was crowded but Natalia S. No. 157240 greeted me right away. She asked me how she can be of help. I told her I got a bracelet as a gift and I need someone to show me how to unlock and locked the bracelet. She showed me how and also discussed with me the store guaranties and services to customers. I ended up buying the pick to help me in unlocking the bracelet. I am planning to go back and purchase a pendant that will go with my necklace. Thank you for the good service. Josie C.
