The lady that helped us with our visit was super friendly and very well informed about everything we were talking about. She was kind about going back and forth with what size or if we needed another size. The whole store was super clean and all employees were were nice and helpful.

The minute I walked in, I was greeted by Natalia. She noticed that I had on a Pandora bracelet right away and sparked up conversation right away. She informed me of the promotion that was going to be coming up and offered to also clean my bracelet while I browsed around the store (that's never happened at any of the other locations I've stepped foot in). I have to say this was one of the best customer service experiences I've encountered in a long while. Natalia was so helpful, patient and also knowledgeable with product and made it a point to ask about my interests to help me find the right charms to add to my collection. Thank you Natalia for such a great experience!!!
