The reason why I am highly satisfied is because right when I enter there is always an employee ready to help me. I am very glad that I can find anything I need just by looking around! I can get any jewelry for anyone and it will be just right!! I think Pandora is the best place for anyone who loves jewelry.

As soon as I walked in the store, I was nicely greeted. In addition, one of the workers complimented my makeup and sounded interested in what I was telling her. Finally, she wished me a big happy birthday and I told me congratulations for graduating.

I wouldn't go to any other Pandora store! Who wouldn't want to go to a shop where they remember you when you go back? I called the day before to request they hold a charm for me, and it was waiting for me when I got there. When they didn't have the other charm I asked about, John called another Pandora store and located it. It will be sent to the Old Orchard store. That is what I call customer service above and beyond - thank you, John!

They cleaned my bracelet. They showed me all the selection for what I was looking for. They even helped me out with taking a different bracelet off that was stuck on my wrist.

The girls know their stuff and I have NEVER been treated badly. They all know my name, Hugs all around. They will do anything for me or get the item I want. Jackie P. is GREAT!! Marina was GREAT also.
