Sales lady went above and beyond to assist me. She cleaned my bracelet and charms. Was extremely patient with me when decided what charms I was interested in and changed them out and rearranged them quite a few times. Without her patience and kindness I probably wouldn't have spent what I did. She made me excited to start wearing my bracelet again.

Dina was very friendly and approached me as soon as I entered the store. She then gave me many options to choose from for the gift I was looking for.

I have always wanted a pandora bracelet and my friend who has one pushed me in getting one finally and the store associate also helped me in making my decision.

The store was busy and yet the sales person still found time to explain everything about the charms and bracelets. She showed me how to put the charms on and off the bracelet and showed me rings and necklaces.
