The associate who helped me was amazing. She knew where everything was and gave some ideas as to how to make my bracelet look better.

I really like John A No. (155431). He really help me through a lot of stuff. He very patient with me. He help me pick out the charms and bracelets and ring!!! I'm very satisfied with him!! I will come back to him for more help!!!!

I love this new store location. It is much more spacious and easy to flow through as a customer. The woman who waited on me was very helpful and grabbed many options for me since I wasn't completely sure what I wanted. I love that there is no pressure to pick a piece. I never felt rushed. I was greeted right away by a staff member. The experience did not take too long either.

Just highly satisfied with all of the staff that was present.......when I initially came to browse and eventually purchased a ring and 2 charms.

The sales agent, Natalia, was very nice and patient with me and my mother. We were in the store looking at charms for about an hour trying to make the perfect bracelet. Natalia helped use create a beautiful one!
