They had the charms I was looking for available. The price was good with the 45% off sale. The salesperson was friendly and helpful.

I had help with Bryant who knew all of the Disney charms and helped me build 2 bracelets and a necklace. He also helped me restyle my 3 older bracelets.

The sales associate greeted and assisted me right away and was able to help me find the item I wanted.

I was very satisfied on this visit. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not want to return to this location as previously a sales associate insisted on putting the charm in my bracelet instead of a box and when I attempted to exchange it was denied due to the charm being on my bracelet. Felt like a scam to avoid returns. I was pleased that this time the associate did not attempt the same procedure.

I met very qualified sale person today. Her names Natalia S. She helped me built gift for my best sister. I sure she will love that gift. Service was excellent
