I needed a gift for my best friend and Julie C 125895 was very helpful. She asked me a few questions and based on my answers she made the recommendations. She was very nice and pleasant.

Lauri and Cindi were both knowledgeable and helpful. They knew what we wanted, and helped to arrange the charms just the way we wanted. To go into your store and be recognized with such warmth and friendly attitude is heartwarming. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Salesperson, Sarah was helpful, not pushy. I could find something I liked more. Was happy that there were charms to pick from with a religious (Jewish)theme, after being disappointed that the Star of David charm was discontinued.

Very friendly sales person. I am a professional and liked the fact that she greeted me with a handshake. She was down to earth. I dislike salespeople with an attitude. She knew her merchandise and respected my price points. I did spend over 300 dollars but was purchasing items for 3 different people. The store is larger and less crowded and the displays are lovely.

Sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to make suggestions to help my teenager find the perfect ring.

The lady came and offer to clean my pandora bracelet. Questions were answered. Transaction was fast and polite.
