I enjoy entering this store I actually feel like this is high ends even tho I can actually buy from this store on my budget and the bag iam too thru and I noticed the staff wearing the jewelry I am so impressed. This is my first so I'm excited to fill it up and start on my next one

Long story short, I got helped first even after I didn't realize there was a sign in sheet. I came inside the store first. Even though new customers signed in on the sheet first than me. I like the fact that even though my name wasn't on the list, like the other customers. An employee noticed I was there first already patiently

I was very satisfied with all the friendly workers and how hey greeted me when I entered the store. I was looking for a specific piece and I showed them a picture, they easily showed me where the piece was. The payment was easy and let me leave their store very happy and satisfied.

I was highly satisfied with the experience because the store associate Blanca was able to put her input into what she thought would look nice with my bracelet. She was very sweet and willing to help us.

The customer service was excellent. I did not have to wait long even though the store was busy. My rep was very kind and helpful. I came in only wanting to spend a certain amount, but left with two beautiful charms for my bracelet that I don't regret purchasing. She offered suggestions, but was not pushy. I really liked that.
