Sales Associate: Sarah is my FAVE! All the ladies in the store are wonderful! She told me back in Feb 2018 how in the summer you were coming out with a new PR Coqui charm and a new coffee mug charm she thought i'd love. Fast forward to May 2018 she called, she put two of each on hold (for me and a friend), and we made our purchases!! Turns out the following day a promo for a free LE bangle w/100 or more went into effect. I called the store STAT wondering why she didn't let us know a promo was gonna happen in less than 24 hours, she spoke with manager Laurie who was KIND/SWEET enough to remember us and said as long as we went in to that evening she would provide us with the promo (giving us the free LE bangles) THANK YOU SARAH AND LAURIE FOR BEING TRUE TO YOUR BRAND AND CUSTOMERS! I appreciate YOU honoring our purchase from the day before and giving us the bangles! I love this store!!!

I really liked the service because the clerks was very helpful and kind for me so that I could get a nice birthstone ring for my friend. I had limited budget but got perfect gift thanks for her help.

Cindy was so sweet and helpful and so knowledgeable in all the Pandora products. She washed my 2 bracelets as well as my daughter's and they came out beautifully. A wonderful experience, going back soon as my daughter and goddaughter are turning 21 this summer.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and I was directed to a very knowledgeable sales person, John, who patiently worked with me to find an 8th Grade graduation gift for my daughter. He was awesome and even put the gift into a nice bag with tissue paper that looked great.
