From start to finish my shopping experience was above my expectations. I was greeted immediately upon entering and my sales person was fully engaged throughout my shopping. Store had a great vibe from the moment I entered. Noticed other customers in the store were enjoying shopping and all had smiles. Very cohesive group of sales ladies. Employees seem to really like their jobs and it showed.

Everyone was really nice and friendly when I was picking out my charms.
