Cindy the sales associate was awesome she made my experience memorable there was also two other associate who were awesome as well unfortunately I cannot recall their names. I already told my friends how great the associates were and about the location (Old Orchard). I am already looking for more charms online but I will definitely go back to Old Orchard and buy it. Hopefully Cindy will be there to help me or the other sales ladies that were so helpful : )
