I dealt with two separate sales people Rosemary and Laura and they were both very nice and helpful in trying to make a decision on buying a gift for my mother's birthday.

I loved the friendliness of Aylin and Natalia, they are both amazing. They really made me and my mother feel welcome and at ease with our shopping experience. Just great customer service

Our sales associate Blanca was so patient and encouraging in helping my daughter find the perfect ring!! She made sure to allow time to consider ring size, as she was between sizes - we never felt rushed or pushed.

The assistant manager is great was very patient while I decided what I wanted didn’t rush me took the time to show me the items I wanted to see overall a great experience

On Wednesday, I heard that Ciara Princess Wilson, was the brand ambassador. I nearly jumped out of the chair! I was so excited. I love Ciara-she is my fave. I called the store and was told of the grand opening. On Saturday, my daughter and I visited the store at Old Orchard Mall. The store was packed with so many people wanting to see the Shine Collection. I had to buy jewelry just because I love the brand and Ciara is my absolute fave. Lori, the store manager was amazing. Carmen was a great representative. She helped me choose a ring and she showed my daughter a few pieces. I love Ciara and love Pandora! Keep shining!! We will return in two weeks to get the earrings and pendant.
