It was my first experience inside a Pandora store and I was quickly approached for assistance in selecting the right 60th gift! Jovana shared her suggestions and professional advice on the right gift within my budget. She was very knowledgeable on all the jewelry and charms.

The associates were very nice, they had the charm in stock. However, I had to return and exchanged the charm the next day, because it had tiny scratches and the silver looked faded.
