Sales person Susan was very charming,friendly and patient,showed me all my options and explained return policies,making me feel very comfortable with my purchase,also I wasn’t sure about my wife’s size for ring and she didn’t overwhelm me with the purchase she explain one you can return item if it isn’t fitting properly and you can return with her size and we can order either for pick up at store or home address order on line, I was very pleased with all her recommendations and clear cut advice on ordering and at the same time she was very gentle, not pushy! Excellent job!

Our sales lady was exceptionally knowledgeable with the merchandise. She was courteous, professional, and efficient. She showed us some promotional pieces and we decided on a Mickey/Minnie set with a free scarf. Although I had not planned on spending so much, I am very happy with my purchase.

The associate that helped me at the Old Orchard Mall location in Skokie, IL was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions but i don’t remember her name.

I went into the store looking for a specific item to buy for my mom as a gift. I described the bracelet that I was looking for and the sales associates knew what I was talking about and found the item quickly. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly (which was appreciated as I was short on time) and the bracelet was put in a pretty gift bag.
