Sales associate John A. No. 155431 is very personable and paciente. It was our first time visiting a Pandora store and John helped us choose the charms that best complimented each other. Even though the store was crowded we were helped fairly quicker then anticipated what was awesome. We will definitely be returning soon. :)

The associate greeted me upon entering the store, she was knowledgable, helpful, there was no waiting time and I was given an options of choices for exactly what I was looking for.

We were unsure of the sizing as I received my bracelet as a gift. Darlisa was very helpful and we even got a second opinion to be sure of the sizing. She was very nice, not pushy and helpful showing me the possibilities for future purchases. I give the associate 5/5 stars.
