Jacquelyn the sales associate was awesome. She was very very patient with me and very helpful.

Was in and out in a VERY timely manner, less than 20 minutes. Associates were very helpful and they had the item I was looking for.

The sales associate Julie was extremely knowledge about the kind of bracelet that would suit my wife. Julie made me feel as though I had been a frequent Pandora shopper when in actuality this was my first time visiting any Pandora store. Although it was close to Christmas and the store was getting crowded, I was not rushed and felt satisfied with my purchase.

Store was clean and well organized. Staff was very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and timely. Jewelry is up to par as always.

I knew what I wanted and had called the store to make sure they had it. My merchandise was bagged with my name on it. The store was very crowded with Christmas shoppers and all of the staff were friendly and positive. They were handling the amount of customers in an organized fashion.

Since it is a busy season, the store was taking down names. This helped keep the store organized, and the wait time short. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped; there was no wait. The employee knew exactly where to find the merchandise that I had requested and showed pictures of. It did not take very long and next thing you know I was done with my shopping.

upon arriving we were quickly greeted and due to the large amount of people waiting an associate took our name/number down. despite there being a crowd we were serviced quickly. our associate was very knowledgeable and helped us clean our product as well as purchase more.
