A ring that i had purchased a year ago a diamond/stone fell. The amazing girls there looked up my information took my damaged ring and replaced it. All they did was confirm i had purchased it there and no other questions asked. I honestly thought it was going to be series of questions or what not since it had been about a year since purchase.
