Friendly service and assistance with my bracelet along with patience

The store was clean, bright and very inviting. The sale associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and she was pleasant to talk to.

The Sales people are always pleasant and ready to assist! They have a lot of knowledge about the product and come up with great suggestions. They also are great in sales tempting you with other items than what your looking for, but not pushy!

My first time walking in was a bday gift for myself sales associate was very helpful and informative. I have since returned to the same location to continue to buy charms. I select online to make it easier for me and the associate when selecting.

I came in right before the store was closing, which was also the last day of their sale. The sales person was super helpful in helping me pick out some charms for the bracelet I was replacing. I love Pandora!
