I was very pleased to receive a personalized phone message informing me of a new promotion taking place at Pandora. When I went into the store, I realized that they had extra staff on hand to accommodate the crowd, and it allowed me to get in an out in a very short time.

The store was so gracious to call me with the information about an upcoming sale, and I found that the store had taken great care to have extra staff and merchandise on hand for the sale.

Excellent Service

I worked with both Denise and Gayatri at the old orchard location (store #0315). They were amazing and went above and beyond to assist me. They were kind, friendly, welcoming and I knew I was in good hands. Both of them knew what I was looking for and also were very knowledgeable about all of the items within the store (even knew the exact prices off the top of their heads). It was a pleasure to stop in a pandora to work with them after a long and crazy day!
