I was only thing is took kinda long cause they pull out 1 at a time of boards to choose your charms. They must get robbed alot lol

Very friendly sales associate and they always make sure that you are being helped!

I was presented with a pleasant person that greeted me when I walked in the store. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about your products. I go often when I can . I’ve been in the store twice this month because of birthdays in my family.

The girl that was assisting me knew I wanted clip charms for the threaders on the bracelet. I didn’t have time for her to put my bracelet together so I started it at home. I then realized she sold me spacer charms. I did ask for them but she didn’t tell me it’s not the clip charm.

The experience it was nice the representative is very friendly

N/A but if was, selection of choices, associates knowledge of product and care of products, cleanliness of store, treatment of clients, ethnic diversity of hiring associates (ie all white staff);

Cost of charms

I think the charms could have been placed/ organized in a more categorical manner, it would have made the charm selection process easier on myself and the associate who had to spend a lot of time digging around for charms based on what I would ask for. Also, if there were not a 50% off sale I do not know if I would have walked out of the store with what I was looking for. With the cost of the base bracelet being expensive to start, I believe the company can provide charm options at a range of price points. Because of the lack of variety, I find it likely that I will look elsewhere for charms to add that are compatible with the Pandora bracelete.

I like pandora a lot but this visit the assistant she was not friendly and this the store I like to shopping there a lot I wish in future they will be more friendly with people
