Quick service , they New what kind of bracelet fir my wrist

I went to purchase charms for my daughter's birthday knowing that they had a special offer for a free bracelet with a $150 purchase. I was informed that they were out of the free bracelet. They did not offer to mail it to me or substitute something else. Very disappointed.

There is a specific charm that I’ve been trying to locate. I understand that it’s not online anymore, However; trying to find it at other locations is draining. Then the stores that claim they have it aren’t calling customers back to verify.

I liked how was greeted by someone and then given to a sales person who was very patient with me as it was my 1st time to shop with Pandora

I was not highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora this visit due to some of the charms being unable. Of course, this is common sometimes with other stores, you could order the other charms online. I do look forward to my next visit to see if they do have more marvel charms available.

I was buying charms, my daughter is a student I asked if I can get student discount the manager said no she has to b present plus we need to see the app. I didnot like this because I was buying n my daughter was over the phone we wanted to save some money. In order to make customers satisfy sometimes ppl does give favors. If the manger had given me favor I would b telling all my family n frds about her. But now I will b telling about my experience to them
