The prices are really high and there are never any sales or deals on merchandise.

The reason is that, sometimes the store doesn’t have all the charms. The sale associates are great, Especially Sarah.. more times then none you’re out of a lot of the charms and a lot of the things that I would like what I would need so the store says you can go to the next nearest location Pandora..

Everything was good. The only thing I have to say is I wanted a looser fitting bracelet and the woman helping me was very insistent about getting a snug fit. But I know I'm not going to like a snug fit, it'll feel uncomfortable, especially after I load it with charms. So maybe just ease up a little on the "correct" way of wearing them. As long as the buyer is happy is there really an incorrect way?

Good customer service, cleanliness of the store on top! I like there variety of charms and bracelets.

The store location is always busy. The wait time for service was a little long. Unable to view items in cases where other customers are shopping.

I felt the seller was on a rush to get us thru. I didn’t fell comfortable to ask for more merchandise cause it look like she was annoyed or something.

There isn’t much space to walk around comfortably. Especially with COVID it’s just very tight with limited space to shop in peace. I think most stores need some expansion.
