The item I request be held was not on hold when I arrived. The item was available though. The sales associate was not very friendly- she did her job but her mood was dry. All other experiences with sales associates in the past have been better.

The associate wasn't as friendly as some of the other girls at that location.

Associate Eva was very kind, she gave me recommendations on which charms to add onto my bracelet and even reorganized them for me to give my bracelet a better look! Eva was very patient and knowledgeable of the availability of charms at the moment.

The overall wait time to see a rep was annoying because I was with a party of 3 (2 people per rep) and they originally wanted me to wait until my other party was done to see there rep.

The wait time within the store wasn't the best, but I did appreciate receiving a text when the store was ready to invite me inside. Once inside, I waited for about 10 mins. to be assisted, which would have been fine had I not already called ahead and placed my items on hold. The waiting took longer than my actual purchase.

I was attempting to use my Afterpay virtual card, and the reader wouldn't scan it.

Sometimes quality is not very good. I have lost stones in my ring and one of my rings broke in 2 pieces. Stud earrings are very easy to loose.
