We didn’t find what we were looking for originally so we had to get something similar. The associate we worked with seemed to have an attitude from the moment we walked into the store and was a bit rude with us.

No warmth provided outside while waiting. Once inside I noticed I was never asked for my name,unlike other customers of a different race. Associate never smiled or even told me her name. I wasn’t Able to look at other merchandise inside the store, seemed to be confined to the space provided.

I was expecting to receive the free item with a purchase of $125 or over. I was told that they were sold out of the promotion. I had recently seen the commercial so I assumed it was still available. I spend $165.39 and would have been a lot happier if I had received the free bracelet.

I like pandora a lot but I would like this store be more help the people when the looking for something and they have to be more speed with service

the reason isn't personal against Pandora. It was just the wait due to covid. We were at an outside location and it was cold. This was our first time were they would text us when it was our turn to enter the store and we were just a little nervous about being to far or in a line at another store and missing our spot. Nothing personal and I appreciate them trying there best to keep us all safe!

I highly satisfied with my experience. There was a little wait time but it was not long since it was early morning. The assistance was good overall.

Holiday shopping in the midst of the pandemic is highly understandable. The store was backed up to a wait list of about 30 people, which put the wait to about an hour. If the associate did not let me know about the texting the Pandora number and pick up in person I would have no been able to receive my product. Ultimately, if that is an option, they should market it more and hopefully it will relieve the wait time of the line. Promoting that the 35% sale in person and online would be possible helpful as well. Ultimately, the staff was still very kind with the volume of people wanting to attend their store.

Need to ask the costumer their old Pandora to free cleaning to be satisfied and they will very likely to buy again, introduce new items.that’s what my feelings

I was not able to go in with my husband to pick out what I want. I had to wait outside. So we were back and forth.

Since it was the free bracelet event, I wasn’t able to view my charms with my partner. But it was primarily for safety, so I understood.
