Just so frustrating to have to wait so long to get into store

I came in and got what I was looking for. The sale associate was very helpful

I was satisfied as the associate tried to locate a ring for me.

I was looking for a flamingo for my bracelet the one you had was for a tiny bracelet. Also I didn't like how pushy one of the sales girls was. I knew what I wanted and ended up purchasing more than I desired.

Too pricy. On the visit didn’t had more variety.

Time spent outside store

ACTUALLY I love Pandora store but they do have sometimes high price for some things and they have to give people more people more agoid price thank you

Wish they could have offered their normal deep cleaning process for cleaning my jewelry

The sales associate was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and I felt safe. Also, the sales associate was very patient which made me feel at ease.

I was a little upset that I couldn't use my new card that I was approved for , prior to coming to the store. The clerk told me that she couldn't let me use my account even though , I had the info for the card . So I had to pay cash which was fine
