My sale associate was amazing, but Rosemary was not! Laurel did everything to make it right and she was kind and took time to listen. Rosemary, said she was doing me a favor, but I didn’t ask for any favors. If you want to go that step beyond then go the step beyond and don’t throw it back in anyone’s face. Laurel is amazing and a light at the store but Rosemary leaves something to be desired for.

I never got my receipt emailed to me. Also I was told 3 times that the order was not returnable. I didn’t have to be told 3 times that this was not refundable/returnable. Once is enough!

I DID NOT LIKE HOW I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE THE STORE WITH A KID WHILE THREE PERSON WERE STANDING TOGETHER TALKING. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID NOT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS FIRST AND THEN WORK ON OTHER THINGS WITHOUT KEEPING US OUTSIDE WHEN IT IS ONLY ONE CUSTOMER INSIDE THE STORE. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

I am satisfied with my pandora experience. I didnt encounter any problem at all. I enjoyed my visit and staff are very helpfull and friendly.

I miss seeing Laura in the store. She was the best. She always made you feel welcome. I wish she would of never left. I followed her around to what ever location she was at. I miss her no other has compared to her happy spirit.

I was pretty satisfied with my experience. A very minor thing, is why I wasnt highly satisfied & that's because I felt a little pressured to get a specific spacer in silver. If I was given a little more time, I would have given it a little more thought & chosen a rose gold spacer. But no harm done. I will be exchanging the silver spacer for a rose gold.
