I was not highly satisfied because one of the rings I bought less than a year ago was discontinued so I was not able to get another one.

Knew exact item I came into store to purchase(ring). Just wanted to purchase and leave. 2 sales associates working w people but didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. Lady came from back room to help us after we were there for 5 or so min, if I didn’t have to get this item that night, I would have left the store. The lady that helped us was fabulous though, friendly, knowledgeable

To many associates. they were on top of each other, wasn't sure who I was dealing with.

Although greeted efficiently and with a friendly staff, I found the experience somewhat chaotic. I was able to make a purchase easily and found the selection satisfactory

I had to go back a second time to return a bead - first time they fixed. Second time they replaced it.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because this was not my first experience with the company. I’ve noticed the prices have increased as well.

Service was great, it wasn’t bad at all.

The staff was nice and very helpful to me.They made me feel real comfortable and very happy.

The sales lady was very kind but asked and shared too much personal information. Also it was hot that day and it felt like there was no AC In the store.

No real issues. Nice clean store with a great display and ease of moving through location.
