I was with a sales associate first and because I was waiting for a friend, she moved on to helping another person. On behalf of the other person, it seemed rushed to get them out of them door in order to help me. I understand that sales are important, but even when working with us, they said everything looked so cute and nice, which made it seem like the sales associate wanted us to just pick something and buy it.

I feel some of the charms a highly over priced...There are very few or no charms price from $18.00 - $20.00..I do love my Mothers Day gift...If I knew the price of the charms were that expensive I would have returned the pandora bracelet & charms..I could have brought a another rose gold & white gold bracelet..If you have a 40-50% off a charm every month for your current Pandora Bracelet owners will boost your sales tremendously. the associate that helped us out should definitely liven up a bit. She definitely didn't smile and was way too stern. I had my 11yr old with me and it was a very special moment. She didn't ask why we were there or if we were buying the rings to symbolize anything. Which is fine I'm sure she had a long day but Just a smile could change everything

I only went in to get a clip for my bracelet, but the salesperson keep pushing other merchandise; which was a little annoying, even though there was a sale and I found a nice charm.

I wanted two specific charms. The first store I went to only had one charm. They looked up that the charm might be at another location but would not call the other store to confirm. Instead I had to call the suggested stores to locate the charm. When I got to the second store they only had the one charm and not the other that was at the first store. I received different information at each store about the availability of the "other charm." (Both said the other charm was "limited" and not likely available anywhere.) I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service in this respect. No one offered to order the missing charm and have it shipped to me or do an in store transfer to make it convenient to pick up.

I explained to the sales clerk about my bracelet that I thought was loose at the clip and she said she didn't think so instead of exchanging it.

For years, I have been able to walk into a store and make a purchase without my card. I was unable to do that during my visit to this store at that time.
