Quite expensive

Sales associate seemed overkeen to push the 'buy 2 get 3rd free' offer.

The associate was really really nice but didn't get encouraged in buying my charms like the other associate that have helped me in the past they are more knowledgeable about what I want.

The first sales associate did not help me with my issue and another had to step in.

First, I gave her to polish my necklace which she did uncompletly. And I wish she exposed all the products at once. Instead, she was showing us one by one and after we asked for something more

Sales last suggested a charm that wasn’t part of the 25% off without telling me. Only when I looked at the reciept later did I realize there were exclusions to the sale. Slightly irritated that I have to make a trip back to the store to return the charm.

I was satisfied in my purchase, just not location of items. Many items were not in view of the glass counters and had to be found somewhere else. Overall, the experience was great.

Your brand speaks for it self. But the sales associate could have had a more welcoming personality. Don’t get me wrong she was professional but I would not recommend my friends and family. I purchased three items despite me feeling unsupported. Just think how much more I would have purchased if she had less of a dry attitude. Thanks for listening and please make more charms for RN’s they are a untapped gold mine.

Store was busy. I had to wait. But it was the end of a promotion. New store location is better
