I like store clean and light. And I love blossom collection.

Sarah N was very nice and helpful!! My kids enjoyed there candy that they get and there way out!!

The lady checking me out was kind of confusing me. She was also giving me weird looks cause i am a teenage getting a ring for myself. Last time I got a ring i also got a booklet and this time i did not get one.

No one's perfect so I don't give a perfect score but everything you guys did is just right

I walked in and there was no one at the door so I just walked around for a couple minutes. About 10 min later I hear an associate ask people that came in after me if they signed into the wait list. I had no idea we had sign in so I had to sign in and wait even longer to get any help or acknowledgement at that point.

Less selection compared to other stores, not enough staff personnel for customers, long wait period until someone is available to tend to the customers, and items not available from the book and stores do not communicate with each other to either hold or ship the items not available at their own stores. Bottom line, if it's not there what you are looking for, you are out of luck with on solution.

They didn’t have a great selection of charms available. The associates were in a rush to make a sale.

I had gift card and it didn't work the sales person told me I couldn't you the card twice. My sister purchased the gift card for me and she with me . That was kind of embarrassed that she to swipe the gift card about three time.

It took 5 associates to look at me when I walked before one finally said hello. She said hi but didn't ask if I needed help finding something. Then after waiting for 10 minutes someone else finally helped me but only because I stood in front of her while she was helping someone else. She said I was supposed to sign in but no one ever told me. She assisted me but I felt like I had to force myself to be acknowledged.
