The sales staff, while helpful, appears rather stiff and formulaic. It appears they adhere strongly to a process, which is expected and fine, but sometimes comes off as unnatural and rigid. The packaging, while nicely assembled, sometimes feels like it takes priority over the natural customer relations and friendly exchanges which occur in a store setting. I have nothing awful to report, just felt devoid of human to human exchange niceties.

I contacted the store over the phone first I had the sales associate put aside three charms to be picked up later that night. I arrived at the store that evening and no one could find the charms I had put on hold. I was able to have the items located in the cases from another sales clerk it took a little bit longer but she was able to locate them. Two days later I was contacted by the store from the original sales clerk asking when I was going to pick up my merchandise she had on hold for me I explained that I had already picked up the merchandise and she had indicated that it was still being held for me. Apparently one clerk couldn’t locate my merchandise and just grabbed new merchandise. Not a big deal it just took a little bit longer

I was highly satisfied with my salesperson, Aylin. Though, after browsing products online, I feel that I could have been shown more options. I would be more than happy to see Aylin again, however, as she was very patient and pleasant!

It was an average shopping experience for jewelry. It’s not fine jewelry so I wasn’t expecting to see high quality goods. It was what I expected.

looking for more variety in charms for traveling section. Can't locate a greece charm, or skydiving charm.

The store was so hot. I was very uncomfortable. I felt they were kinda pushy.
