the salesperson Georgia was nice but a little pushy. My husband bought me a gift due to size and we exchanged it and bought a charm and we didn't know anything about clips, charms, etc. and it was a little distracting to hurry up and a decision and pointed out that "I had to have clips" it made me nervous and confused we decided to stay focused and return when we could find out more information and didn't feel pressured.

There were some associates available and took so long to attend most of us on the list to be attended. Then there were others just walking back and forth to the front of the store and to the back room. But I overall I still go and shop there sometimes cause I need to buy some gifts. But the charm bracelet I wanted , they didn't have the size I wanted so I have to go back and get a different size

Hated the packaging specially for Christmas season. In previous purchases they put the merchandise in lovely little boxes. I didn't see it until I got home but I was very disappointed in the packaging. They simply put the charm and a piece of tissue paper which was inside of a little cardboard fold. Very disappointed

The store is very small and since it was Black Friday it was crowded but the staff controlled the situation as best they could.

I had no bad experiences on my visit.
