Pandora Jewelry

I was starting a charm bracelet for my granddaughter. The selection of charms was very disappointing. The charms that I did purchase were very tiny and cartoonish. You could make the charms a bit larger and rendered in greater detail.

I have been attending this Pandora location at Old Orchard Skokie mall for the past year, but I am interested in going to the HIP Mall location because it is a lot closer to my residence. Closer to home is always better!

Sometimes i feel cramped and not able to view all merchandise in store

The sales associate Hooda was pleasant after a moment. I am not sure if they thought I was a paying customer or not until they seen I had many bracelets on my arm bought by my husband. This was my first time in this store. I thought the store was very small small and was crowded. After being in the store for a while I left with a good experience. The greeting by other staff could have been friendlier.

The store was very small and it was hard to move around and look at the products that were available without bumping into other customers and their shopping bags. It would be great if there was more space. Also, the display cases were stuffed with merchandise and with limited space in the store it was nearly impossible to look at everything that was available when it was hard to move around. It would be nice if the products were spaced out more with less crammed all into one case so that you could browse the selection and continue moving. Thankfully I knew what I wanted from browsing online so I could just ask for it. But if I wouldn't have known in advance, I don't think I would have bought anything.

The promotions are enticing.

Store was packed with customers and reps were stretched thin to assist everyone on a timely manner. Rep had to assist 5 people at one time but was very patient and helpful.

The sales rep that attended me was highly helpful and polite. The products are awesome.

My mom and I like Pandora, my mom first buy Pandora was through her friends, she thought the quality of Pandora is good, but in China, Pandora is pretty experience, so she chose to buy them in America.I think the advantage of Pandora is that you can choose whatever you want, choose whatever you like, so my Pandora is different from my mom's.But one more thing is that some of the Pandora on the book aren't sale,like the bracelet.Last week I went to the Pandora inOld Oechaed, some style of the bracelet were not sale.
