I am not HIGHLY satisfied with Pandora because of the price. Yes, these are very pretty pieces but for the price given, I believe at least 5-10$ can be reduced from each. This will not hurt the company because it will bring more customers and Pandora will not lose all their profit.

Nothing specific really, just had an ok shopping experience.

I was told to sign in, but there was no pen. Once we told them that and more customers walked in, they asked them to sign in as well, but brought no pen over.

I just went in to buy a charm for my mom. She has the bracelet with the charms and so do I however, your bracelets tarnish really fast. She has the rose gold clasp so they say they can't offer a cleaning for those types of bracelets. You can just buy a cloth to clean them yourself. The bracelet is not for everyday use since you can't have water come in contact with it. You can't sleep in it. You can't exercise with the bracelet on.. etc..I got the bracelet as a gift but would never buy it for anyone else because it's not practical and too expensive for something that you have to be so cautious about. Makes no sense to price them so high. If they are real gold/silver/rose gold then they should last a while and not tarnish so fast.

I place my order online so I wouldn't be in the store long. First when I walked in I went to one person and she sent me to another . She say my bracelet was messed up so had to cut the old one didn't offer to repair my bracelet was less then two years. And very slow. She went to the back like 4 times to cut and each time she came back the bracelet still wasn't cut. I seen how the bracelet won't come off because it was off track when was probably done by the last person who put a charm on it bii never took it off. They could've off a fix I ended up spending more then I plan .

I felt like I was being rushed, and no really good recommendations to make me feel happy and satisfied with my purchase. I didn’t really feel comfortable with my purchase.
