I went in with my sister to get us some new rings, and i felt like everyone was friendly except my sales associate. i am not sure if she was just having a bad day, but i definitely felt like i was bothering her and she was short and cold with us.

My charm fell off because the associate didn’t secure it. Then when we called looking for it, it sounded as if they didn’t care. I had to go around looking for it. I wouldn’t return to that store again.

Sales associate was neither rude or nice. She was just not as bubbly as what we’re use to receiving. Didnt like her attitude

You are selling jewelry. Your people should be taught how to handle each piece as though it was fine jewelry. Not to handle it like a gorilla bouncing the piece off of the HARD countertop. Which is what I experienced. Each piece should be handed with care and when presented or laid flat it should be on Black Velvet. It’s all about the presentation..!

The level of care for my item that I purchased was not up to par with the expectation of the brand. I expected my item to be packed with care. Instead it was thrown into a box without the riven ribbon used to hold in place. Also, even though she meant well, I didn't perfer the method of upselling the associate used. Instead of asking me what kind of things am I into, she suggested almost everything to me. I get it, but there's better ways to engage and sell to a customer than striking out every time. Lastly, there seems to be a lack of team work and support at this location. Almost like "every person is out for themselves". It's obvious that there might be a commission based mentality here or some sort of combative environment.

First off, not all happy with the management in this store. All stood in the back chatting and paying no mind to anything around them, Second, I found an item online that was on the final sale. I sent my daughter in to purchase the item since I am on crutches. They charged my daughter double for the item; I had to call the store and send my daughter back to return the item in order to repurchase the item for the appropriate final sale amount. While I calling the store, your management had FINALLY answered the phone to say nothing at all but allowed me the pleasure of hearing her entire personal conversation with other employees while I literally shouted HELLO through the phone for well over 5 minutes. This is what happens when you have too many people standing around doing nothing; as a consumer I don't care about your personal life let alone for you to knowingly answer the phone and say nothing at all...makes me ondr what type pf training they have.

I had purchased a droplets clear ring at the Whistler, British Columbia, store while on vacation back on 8/30/19. I recently noticed one of the stones was missing and brought it to the Pandora near me since it was under warranty. The saleswoman gave me a bit of a hard time since the size of the ring on the receipt did not match the actual ring. It was awkward, to say the least. Eventually, after making a phone call, she agreed to replace the damaged ring even though the size on the receipt was wrong. In the future, I will make sure that the size listed on the receipt matches the ring purchased. Still, as a customer, I'd like to think that merchandise will be rung up correctly. I'm 63 years old and was made to feel uncomfortable, like I was attempting to rip off Pandora, which I wasn't. I'm assuming I would have felt much worse if I was 18 years old. And just so you know, had the ring not been replaced, I would have been done with Pandora forever.
