I was satisfied but I think the associated was missing enthusiasm.it was very crowded. I went to buy a Disney charm and I didn’t see one I was looking for in particular and when I asked if that was all the charms the associated said yes .

I bought my earrings and bracelet in. They swap the earrings they couldn't find the bracelet in there system which I bought in Vegas. Also I wanted to purchase other items didn't have my card but was not allowed to. If you opened up the account with a ID why Now you can't purchase with ID.

I was disappointed because I couldn't take advantage of holding a Pandora Credit Card just because I didn't have it with me physically. I've been to another store where all I need it to do was give them my driver's license & social in other to take advantage of my "membership." I purchased the items because it was a last minute specific gift. Seriously, thinking about going to the other location for future purchases.

The merchandise quality, my bracelet turned black less then 4 months, after cleaning still not cleaned enough.

1st off I asked to see a charm and the sales rep showed me a catalog, I can do that from home. So I asked him if I could see the actual charms, so he then showed me and I did purchase a charm. 2nd I asked to see a bracelet and he said he didn't think it would fit me, so I asked if I could see it anyway and it did fit, very disappointing. I think your sales associates need to learn how to speak to people, not to hurt their feelings, saying something won't fit, possible they need sales 101 classes. I have several bracelets, rings etc, but this last trip was very disappointing.

I shopped at a different pandora the day before and all the staff was friendly to each other and customers but the stylist I had today was speaking sharply to her manager and just overall wasn’t that professional

I can't look at the whole tray of charms at one time. Since when? I can only look at one charm at a time. I can't even see the charms through the glass to ask which one I want to look at. That is bull!

I wasn't shown the price range items that met my budget. This was my first Pandora purchase. My children gave me a bracelet for Mothers Day, I wanted to buy my first charm. I wasn't sure of the prices.
