This is the second time after making several purchases and doing a survey that i did not receive the 10 dollar code to use for my next purchase and therefore am at a loss of 10 dollars to out towards another purchase. Also I came in to purchase the bow bracelet. I was told it is in the store. I came in, they said it was available but they cant find it....so really i could have saved my trip and gone to a Pandora that did have it. The purchase I ended up making today i actually purchased a duplicate of what I purchased in February and for some reason the same exact charm went up by 5 dollars. I paid 45 for it in Oakbrook. Not even 3 months later, and Im paying 50 for the same exact charm today and finally i came in wanting the free jewelry case that comes free with a 125 purchase and sure enough that was not in stock either. My sales associate was very nice but overall my experience was horrible and I will probably not shop at this store again.

1. They had no idea what I was talking about in regards to what I was looking for. I tried to show the pic but they didn't seem to care until I had to scroll through a book for them. 2. They didn't have the whole set of what I was looking for and when I SPECIFICALLY asked for something was bright the complete opposite (shows how much they listened) 3. When they asked if I wanted to apply for the credit card they couldn't answer the questions I had. I asked if I could apply online but they said I couldn't only in the store but the store couldn't even answer my questions.

I was charged twice for one item if I wouldn't have looked at my receipt. I wondered what would have happened if I didn't look at the receipt I would have been like over charged. I probably won't have gotten my money back.

The sale asossiates tone of voice, looked like she hated her life. The other guy was more helpful than she was. I wished i had him instead of her. He knew exactly what i was talking about. Also her gift wrapping is pretty bad.

I was exchanging a charm I had received as a gift and already had. Yhe charm had been purchased at a different store from the one where I went to make the exchange. The sales associate assigned to me did not know how to make an exchange for a charm that was less expensive than the charm I was returning. I was also told that I could not exchange the charm for a charm that was on sale during a holiday promotion, which, if that is the policy, I don't understand it. When the sales associate asked a manager about giving me a credit for the difference between the value of the charm I was returning and the charm I wanted to purchase, the manager looked at the charm I was returning and basically accused me of having already worn the charm. I showed her the same charm on my bracelet and said "Why would I have worn that charm when I already had the same one?" She then buffed the returned charm and compared it to the same charm she had in her store, and said, "It looks like they are all like that." Her tone and demeanor were not at all customer-friendly and I didn't appreciate her attitude. Eventually, the transaction was resolved to my satisfaction.

With two customers at the end of the shift I was hoping more care to waiting clients. Audrey was too busy yawning to be bothered in assisting us. After all was said and done $372 later she confirmed that in order to receive two cleaning kits she would have to cancel the entire transaction and ring it twice in a value of $150 at least to qualify the purchase. What a bunch of nonsense, especially since I asked about the cleaning kits before purchase was made. I walked out before this stupidity continued. Unimpressed. Too sad jewelry boxes were already sold out.

I don’t like that online orders can’t be refunded at store. No empathy from sales associate

Sales person stopped helping me to answer questions of others who walked in store, answering phone as if I were not there. There was other sales persons who were not helping others that could have answered phone call or questions. I felt it was inconsiderate of my time.

I've been to the Rosemont Outlet Pandora, and they are very welcoming and the associates are very attentive and friendly. The sales associates at this location did not offer a very welcoming experience and the sales associate that I was with was not very friendly, not motivated at all.
