The sales associate was rude and I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her even though I was very direct on what I was there for and only asked reasonable questions. It was like she spent an unreasonable amount of time helping me and my friend but she made it feel like she was. I spent over $300 in twenty minutes just for rude service. Maybe she was having a bad day? I didn't see any other customers being treated the same way and they were with their sale's associate longer than I was. I don't want to assume it was because I was the only Black person in the store but even my friend who I was with, who is European and also was helped by the same associate noticed. I also asked about a 10% discount instead of the promotion offered and she lied to my face saying she compared the costs, when I was watching her the entire time. Not a happy customer.

Not good at all because you kind of trying to get people to buy stuff by offering something and at the end saying that you don’t have anymore sorry... it’s not about the jewelry box but you know people have to pay also for the cleaning jewelry box...and is the same amount...

The sales associates at the door were awesome, but the one behind the desk who I purchased my Bracelet from was short with me. It seemed like she didn’t want to show me a lot of Merchandise. Like she didn’t think that I was going to buy it. The only reason why I made the purchase is because I really wanted the bracelet, other wise I would not have brought anything

I came to pick up the gift and pay in front of the store. Didn’t get any receipt, was asking for gift receipt. No one even emailed it to me by the next day.

I wanted to buy a ring for my second granddaughter who was not there to pick or try on a ring. The ring I thought she would like was not there and I was told they could try to get it from another store. Luckily I asked if she didn’t like it I wasn’t under any obligation to buy it. I was told I had to pay for it now and it was final sale. I was very unhappy with that policy. How can u force someone to buy something with no recourse if it wasn’t right?

The store was busy, the girl at the front was very crass, did not seem like she wanted to be bothered much after we walked in. Once set up with a sales associate we had a warranty issue and she didn't seem at all like the wanted to help.

I signed in as everyone does and then waited along the counter as i watched people who came in after me get served and waited on. I actually had to ask someone if they could help me. They asked if I signed in which I said I did. They then sent someone over.
