Pandora Jewelry

First of all the guy who waited on us looked ridiculous wearing the pandora rings and bracelets. I’m ok with a guy in a women’s store but it was actually a complete turnoff. Secondly, I understand the need to protect yourself from theft but the extreme measures Pandora takes makes it difficult to look at the product. I love my bracelet and charms but have not bought charms in over a year purely because the shopping experience is so poor. Lastly, the store was packed and the amount of associates clumped together chatting was ridiculous.

On several occasions including this one, the associates at this store location are nothing but snotty and mean when dealing with their costumers. I have shopped in many different Pandora stores including 2 out of state stores and this is by far the worst location. I have heard the same from other people about this same location

The staff did not make you feel comfortable . The store is small and crampt

I was not able to make it during your 35% off sale. It was the next day and they would not honor the sale. We have purchased many gifts at your store and they were not even willing to try. I was going to buy 2 charms if I had 35% off, but since I paid full price, I only purshased one. This was a loss of $60 for you. If my daughter didn't want the charm as badly as she did for the holiday, I would have not purchased anything!

My main issue was with the store manager and the way she handled my online exchange... I did order the strand bracelet online in a small size and took it back within 7 days of online purchase for an exchange as I could not fit the bracelet... the store manager initially said I would have to return the bracelet online and not in store.... then i informed her this is an exchange.... she was still very reluctant kept comparing the bracelet with the one in the store as if I had brought something different.... online returns or exchange should be handled better at this location.

The sales associate made my visit unpleasant. She was very dry and nonchalant. Almost as if she didn’t want to be there and hated her job!! I asked for a bag that was less wrinkly because this was a gift for my mom. She told me there was no more bags and all the bags looked the same. So all the bags at this pandora store were wrinkled? Highly unlikely. I walked out regretting that I spent my money there. Hopefully this sales associate doesn’t get commission because quite frankly she shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t like her job.

From the moment I walked into the store I was treated as if I came to rob the place. I've never purchased jewelry looking through a glass The sales clerk did not even put the tray on the counter for me to visualize and touch it. I had to pick out the charm that I was purchasing looking through the glass. If it had not been my Granddaughter birthday and I was pressed for time there would have been no way I would have patronize your establishment Establishment. I Been going to your old orchard location for years never have I ever Felt So Disrespected. I would advice anyone of color not to patronize Pandora at Old orchard mall.
